A SurveySpot panelist asks: "Why can't I see the images in SurveySpot e-mail invitations? Am I missing important information because my e-mail reader blocks images?"
Help Desk answers: "Don't worry. All the information you need to take the survey and be rewarded is in the text part of the SurveySpot invitation. If you want to see the images too, you can adjust the settings in your e-mail reader. For example, the default settings in Outlook 2007 block images, but adding SurveySpot to your "Trusted Zone" or "Safe Senders" list will allow all the images to be displayed.
